Job summary

Interface Systems in St. Louis is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to monitor alarms, verify incidents, and direct live audio interactions with on-site personnel. You will escalate appropriately, coordinate with emergency services, and produce detailed incident reports in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations center.

The role offers a 3:30pm–12am schedule, 8–10 hour shifts, full benefits from day one, and a performance-driven culture. Starting pay is $22 per hour with additional shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate responses to requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities and unusual activities.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology and escalate as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to assist with resolving or supporting security and system inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record and document interactions.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals, and notify appropriate personnel per instructions.
• Provide basic alarm support: arming/disarming and assisting in reset of alarms.
