Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an IP Admin Senior Analyst to join the Filing and Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support including docketing, paralegal services, IDS, and reference management to customers.

The role requires 2+ years patent docketing experience and familiarity with IP management software, plus Microsoft Office proficiency. This is a remote US-based position with salary range $50,000–$70,000 per year and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of patent docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks to achieve objectives and adheres to policies.
• Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate with foreign agents to meet deadlines.
