Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an IP Admin Senior Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution Team. You will support filing and prosecution through docketing, paralegal services, IDS, and reference management for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely actions.

This role is remote in the United States (CST/EST preferred). You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, manage documents, run reports, and help maintain knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of patent docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with stakeholders in a global environment and organizing information.
• Plans and organizes tasks to achieve objectives and adheres to policies.
• Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate foreign instructions.
• Manage, create and maintain customer documents, scanning and file transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customer contacts for IP applications, IDS, and related forms.
• Maintain customer docket and run reports and communicate deadlines and status.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Assist in establishing policies to improve quality and meet customer needs.
• Document and track daily work in time-tracking system within deadlines and SLAs.
• Liaise with all business areas to meet customer expectations and service levels.
