Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an IP Admin Analyst to join the Filing and Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support, including docketing, paralegal tasks, IDS processing, and reference management for customers in a global, highly matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates have patent paralegal experience, IP management software proficiency, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days in US offices is offered, in addition to a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual, highly matrixed and global environment.
• Plan and organize tasks to achieve objectives; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution related documents with the USPTO for all stages of prosecution.
• Coordinate timely instructions to foreign agents to meet deadlines for non-US patent or trademark prosecution.
• Manage, create and maintain documents on behalf of customers including scanning, filing, retrieval and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and collaborate with customer contacts to fulfill requirements of various patent offices.
• Maintain customer docket and run reports; correspond on deadlines and status of applications.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Assist in establishing policies to meet internal and external customer needs and expectations.
• Document and track daily work in time-tracking system and liaise across business areas to meet service levels.
