Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an IP Admin Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support through docketing, paralegal services, Recordals, Information Disclosure Statements (IDS), and reference management to customers, in line with our customer‑centric culture.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience, and experience with IP management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders; communicate in a global matrixed environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks and responsibilities to achieve objectives per policies.
• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution related documents with the USPTO and coordinate foreign actions.
• Manage, create and maintain documents on behalf of customers including scanning, filing, and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and assist with IP offices' requirements including IDS and PCT forms.
• Maintain customer docket and run reports; correspond on deadlines and status of applications.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Help establish policies to improve quality and meet customer needs.
• Document daily work in time-tracking system within deadlines and SLAs.
• Liaise with all business areas to meet customer expectations.
