Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an IP Admin Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support through docketing, paralegal services, IDS, and reference management to customers in a global, customer‑centric environment.

This role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience, and proficiency with IP management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks to achieve objectives and adheres to policies.
• Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
• Review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate foreign agents.
• Manage documents for customers, including scanning, filing, and transfers.
• Prepare documents for signature and support IP applications and IDS.
