Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking a Senior IP Analyst to support filing and prosecution through docketing, paralegal services, IDS, and reference management. You will interact with stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment and manage domestic and international IP communications to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in patent docketing, experience with TIPMS and Microsoft Office, and an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
2+ years of patent docketing experience.
Experience using IP management software, specifically TIPMS.

Responsibilities

Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
Plan and organize tasks to achieve objectives and adhere to policies.
Process domestic and international IP communications in IP management software.
Routinely review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate foreign agents to meet deadlines.
Manage, create and maintain customer documents including scanning, filing, transfers and intakes.
Prepare documents for signature and support IP applications, IDS, and related forms.
Maintain customer docket and run deadline reports; communicate status to stakeholders.
Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
Assist in establishing policies to ensure quality and SLA compliance.
Document daily work in the time-tracking system within prescribed deadlines.
