Job summary

Clarivate Plc seeks an IP Admin Analyst to join our Filing and Prosecution Team in the United States. You will provide filing and prosecution support through docketing, paralegal services, IDS, and reference management to customers, aligned with our customer-centric culture.

Required: Associate's degree or equivalent, 1+ years patent paralegal/docketing experience, and experience with IP management software and MS Office. Hybrid work model in US offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Plan and organize tasks to meet objectives and follow policies.
• Process domestic and international IP communications in management software.
• Review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate foreign deadlines.
• Maintain customer documents, scans, transfers and file intakes as requested.
• Prepare documents for signature and assist with patent/offlice filings and IDS.
• Maintain docket and run status reports; communicate deadlines internally and externally.
• Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
• Help establish policies to improve quality and satisfy customer needs.
• Document daily work in time-tracking system within deadlines and SLAs.
