Job summary

Clarivate Analytics US LLC is seeking an IP Admin Senior Analyst to join the Filing and Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support including docketing, IDS, and reference management to customers in a remote US setting.

The role requires 2+ years in patent docketing, familiarity with IP management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A paralegal credential is a plus, with prior experience in pharma a bonus.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
2+ years of patent docketing experience.
Experience using IP management software.
Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience using Memotech, Foundation IP, The IP Management System, Inprotech, or IPFolio is a plus.
U.S. and foreign patent docketing and trademark filing & prosecution experience is a plus.
A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a global environment.
Plans and organizes tasks to achieve objectives and adhere to policies.
Process domestic and international communications in IP management software.
Routinely review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO and coordinate with foreign agents to meet deadlines.
Manage and maintain documents on behalf of customers, including scanning, filing, and transfers.
Prepare documents for signature and assist with various IP applications and IDS.
Maintain customer docket and run reports, updating on deadlines and status.
Develop knowledge of domestic and international IP office rules and procedures.
Assist in establishing policies to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Document daily work in time-tracking system and monitor SLA compliance.
