Job summary

Clarivate seeks an IP Admin Analyst to join the Filing & Prosecution Team. You will provide filing and prosecution support through docketing, Recordals, IDS, and reference management to customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience, and proficiency with IP management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ years of patent paralegal and docketing experience.
• Experience using IP management software.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in a virtual, matrixed, global environment.
• Plans and organizes tasks and responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Process incoming and outgoing communications in IP management software.
• Routinely review and file prosecution documents with the USPTO for all stages of prosecution and coordinate with foreign agents to meet deadlines.
