Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior IP Counsel to provide strategic IP guidance within the Commercial & Innovation Law group, based in Lake Jackson, TX or Midland, MI.

You will lead patent strategy, draft and negotiate IP agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect Dow's intellectual assets and support business growth. The role requires a JD or LLM, 4+ years in IP practice, USPTO registration, and the ability to work legally in the United States.

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of IP agreements and licenses.
