Job summary

Rutter Mills LLP is seeking a dependable Senior Case Consultant- Investigator to join our Front End Department in Hampton, VA. This on-site role involves field investigations, client interaction, and case management to support potential clients and current clients in personal injury matters.

The position offers a 60,000 to 65,000 USD yearly compensation with a 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, and requires willingness to train at our Norfolk, VA location.

Qualifications

• Experience in investigative work or field investigations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Empathetic, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, able to work in fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate motor vehicle accidents and personal injury matters, including scene visits and evidence gathering.
• Communicate with current and potential clients through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Document findings and maintain accurate case records in the case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and team members to update on case status.
• Handle multiple investigations with flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
