Rutter Mills LLP, a leading personal injury law firm in Hampton Roads, is seeking a committed and client-focused Case Consultant to join our Front End Department. This role plays an important part in the firm’s success and reputation by serving as a first point of contact for potential clients and helping create a professional, compassionate, and positive intake experience.

Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday

Location: On‑site in Norfolk, Virginia

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outbound calls with warmth, accuracy, and exceptional client service
• Conduct new client intakes for designated case types, helping ensure a seamless and supportive experience
• Collect, verify, and document client information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records
• Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk‑ins, and team members
• Assist with front‑end client support and help ensure timely follow‑up throughout the intake process
• Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions

Qualifications
