Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous law enforcement experience strongly preferred.
• Strong investigative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic, client-focused approach.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technology, including case management software, Outlook, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Investigate motor vehicle accidents and personal injury matters, visiting accident scenes and gathering evidence.
• Communicate with current and potential clients through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings, including off-site visits.
• Document investigation findings and maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and team members to communicate updates and ensure timely follow-through.
• Manage multiple investigations and adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
