Job summary

Rutter Mills LLP in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Case Consultant to join our Front End Department. You will be the face and voice for prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process with empathy and attention to detail.

This full-time, on-site role offers regular 8:30am–5:30pm hours, and includes benefits such as health insurance and a 401(k) after 1 year. The ideal candidate is client-focused, reliable, and capable of handling multiple calls with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication; able to explain detailed information to others.
• Sales experience preferred; build rapport and guide conversations effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual a plus!

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outbound calls with warmth and client service.
• Conduct new client intakes for designated case types.
• Collect, verify, and document client information accurately.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members.
• Assist with front-end client support and timely intake follow-up.
• Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality.
