Leslie’s Pool Supplies is seeking a Senior Analyst – Inventory Management to optimize inventory accuracy, availability, and efficiency across all operations. You’ll analyze network performance, develop control procedures, and support new systems for better visibility and fewer stockouts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Ops, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of analysis experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods with familiarity with retail operations, inventory, and customer workflows.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Access, Power BI/DAX) and inventory systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document requirements.
• Ability to approach problems from different angles and think critically about the best solutions.
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail when documenting requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Data analysis and interpretation: Using statistical methods and tools to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights/recommendations for decision-making.
• Process improvement: Evaluating current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing/implementing solutions to streamline operations.
• Developing and documenting workflows: Creating detailed documentation such as business process diagrams, workflow charts, and system specifications.
• Facilitating communication: Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into technical specs.
• Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments: Assessing feasibility, cost-benefit analysis, and potential impacts before implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application program issues: Monitor programs and queries, address technical issues, and assist with corrections to ensure accuracy.
