Job summary

Leslie's Pool Supplies, based in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Inventory Planner to own end-to-end product lifecycle and keep stock in 900+ Leslie’s stores. You will forecast sales, manage Open-to-Buy, and communicate with vendors to align plans with lead times and distribution.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with relocation not provided and requires work authorization in the U.S. Responsibilities include PO management, replenishment, and reporting on backorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or 1 year retail experience.
• Strong problem solving, analytics and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with JDA/AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PO process and Open-to-Buy planning.
• Forecast inventory needs and adjust replenishment cycles.
• Monitor vendor lead times and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with DCs and stores to optimize stock levels.
