Stellar Industries is seeking an analytical Inventory Analyst to lead and monitor inventory levels, analyze trends, and optimize stocking strategies across multiple facilities. You will create and review reports, address discrepancies, and collaborate with Purchasing, Production and Engineering to improve inventory performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ERP utilization (Infor/Epicor), and adherence to safety and operational procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Operations or related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience. 5-7 years acceptable.
• Relevant experience with ERP systems (Infor or Epicor is a plus).
• Relevant experience with databases and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with supply chain and inventory control processes (turnover, safety stock, reorder points, carrying costs, demand forecasting).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• MS Office, Excel, ERP Systems (Epicor), MS Teams.
• Collaboration and ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver license is required for this position
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory analysis, optimization initiatives and improve inventory performance across multiple facilities.
• Analyze demand patterns, usage trends and stocking parameters to establish optimal inventory levels, reduce shortages and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
• Develop and analyze inventory reports.
• Evaluate and optimize material storage and point-of-use locations including shop floor, MTO, standard stocking and overstock areas.
• Establish inventory carrying cost awareness as a core component of Materials Management decision-making by identifying cost reduction opportunities, optimizing working capital and tracking realized savings.
• Leverage ERP capabilities and data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and establish standard operating procedures within the department and across facilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Engineering or other departments to make recommendations to optimize inventory levels.
• Draft inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
• Coordinate with other workers to resolve discrepancies with inventory.
• Create and maintain inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
