The SISPA manages store requests and exceptions with a defined 48-hour service level agreement (SLA), supports data-driven decision-making, and translates field insights into actionable improvements that enhance customer experience and protect revenue. This role requires strong analytical expertise, process discipline, and deep institutional knowledge to effectively support stores and strategic in-stock initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve store inventory requests and exceptions within a 48-hour SLA.

  • Partner closely with Field teams to understand store-level challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between Merchandising, Inventory Planning, LFC, and Field teams to ensure alignment on replenishment and assortment execution.
  • Translate field feedback and operational insights into actionable recommendations for internal partners.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives focused on in-stock excellence and operational consistency.
  • Analyze inventory, replenishment, and assortment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support data-driven replenishment decisions to improve store-level availability and sales performance.
  • Monitor exceptions and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reinforce standard processes, documentation, and internal controls related to inventory and in-stock management.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues and inefficiencies.
  • Maintain clear documentation of resolutions, learnings, and best practices.
  • Directly supports revenue protection by reducing missed sales due to out-of-stock conditions.
  • Improves response times and resolution effectiveness for store inventory issues.
  • Enhances customer experience through improved product availability.
  • Strengthens partnerships between corporate teams and the field through consistent, reliable support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret inventory and replenishment data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, supply chain, inventory, or field teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet defined SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
