Leslie’s Pool Supplies, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Inventory Planner to lead end-to-end product management and keep stock across 900+ Leslie’s stores. The role emphasizes forecasting, open-to-buy planning, and strong vendor communication.

The position follows a hybrid work schedule at the corporate office; relocation is not provided and US work authorization is required. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain (or 1 year retail experience), plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access; experience with JDA or AS400 a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: create, track, and manage POs.
• Ensure POs align with vendor lead times and Open-to-Buy plan.
• Monitor sales performance to adjust PO pull-ins or push-outs.
• Manage backorder fulfillment and report on outstanding items.
• Forecast inventory needs and manage replenishment cycles.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with distribution centers (DCs).
• Process Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions as needed.
