Leslie's Poolmart Inc. is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control leader to act as the customer’s primary liaison and align production with client forecasts.

You will plan, track, and optimize inventory and coordinate across manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to meet customer expectations. The role emphasizes data-driven planning, collaboration with sales to identify growth opportunities, and producing clear reports for clients and upper management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control in manufacturing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary liaison for customer accounts and forecasted production needs.
• Plan production based on customer forecasts and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and QA teams.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and report findings to leadership.
• Generate reports and data analyses for management.
• Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
