Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Sr. Analyst in the Advanced Analytics group within Supply Chain at our Phoenix corporate office.

The role focuses on developing network strategies, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective flow of goods. You will build models, analyze data, and collaborate with Inventory Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance to align with business goals and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis/management.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and SCM software.
• Experience with data visualization tools and scripting (Python/R).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics topics/tools.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting for demand forecasting and DC performance.
• Budgeting and forecasting collaboration with inventory planning and finance.
• Network analysis and scenario modeling for DCs and stores.
• Develop scalable supply chain models to balance cost and service.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance.
• Utilize SCM systems to improve data visibility.
• Manage compliance and risk in the supply chain.
