Job summary

Leslie’s is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst in Phoenix, AZ for the Advanced Analytics group to develop the network strategy and optimize operations across the supply chain. You will analyze data, build models, forecast demand, and collaborate with Inventory Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance to improve cost efficiency and service levels while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in supply chain analysis and management preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, SQL, and supply chain management software.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.) and scripting (Python/R)
• Familiarity with the Advanced analytics topics/tools.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain activities, including demand forecasting, inventory levels, and DC performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with inventory planning and finance teams to develop accurate forecasts that enables operations team to create their budget and plan their daily work.
• Network Analysis: Create models to analyze the Supply Chain network needed to support future sales growth with scenario modeling capabilities to understand the sensitivity to multiple variables; opening, closing, or repurposing distribution centers/stores; conduct scenario analysis to evaluate multiple networks designs and impact to customer experience and cost to serve.
• Model development: Build scalable and complex supply chain models and processes to optimize supply chain strategies with the goal of delivering an excellent customer service while balancing the operating cost and asset efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of opportunity and influence execution of results via cross-functional participation to enable quick wins and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Inventory Planning, Production, Logistics, and Finance, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage supply chain systems and advanced analytical tools to improve data visibility and decision-making process.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage supply chain risks, such as disruptions or bottlenecks.
