Job summary

Serco is seeking an International Security Specialist - Senior to provide expert security support to a DoD customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. The role requires coordinating across government and contractor stakeholders, maintaining security documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive DoD security experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain required clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD security experience.
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain TS clearance.
• Active Secret/Top Secret clearances preferred.
• Experience coordinating with government and contractor stakeholders in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide international security support for DoD customers and the F-35 JPO mission.
• Review and maintain international security records, correspondence, briefings, trackers, and materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, leadership updates, and security activities.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Guide team members on security processes, documentation standards, and action tracking.
• Prepare reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other security-related documents.
• Support administrative processes and document management in secure environments.
