Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, Virginia seeks an International Security Specialist - Senior to provide seasoned international security support for a Department of Defense customer, focusing on the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; additional 14 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of advanced education
• Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD security experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
• Active Secret and Top Secret(clearance preferred)
• TS/SCI clearance preferred within last two years
• SAP eligibility preferred
• Excellent communication with government and contractor stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA, 5 days a week and travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced international security support for DoD customer and F-35 Joint Program Office
• Review and maintain international security records, correspondence, briefings and trackers
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting
• Support meetings, data calls, leadership updates related to international security
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet customer requirements
• Guide team members on security support processes and documentation standards
• Prepare reports, briefings and security-related documentation
• Support administrative processes and document management in secure environments
