Job summary

Serco is seeking an International Security Specialist - Senior to provide experienced security support to a Department of Defense customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. You will coordinate across stakeholders, maintain security documentation, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, with oversight of security operations in a dynamic, secure setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Top Secret clearance ability, 10+ years in security fields, and strong communication

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting international security, facility security, program security, or related DoD security functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance utilized within the last two years preferred.
• Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with government and contractor stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a highly secure environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced support for international security processes, documentation, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Review and maintain international security records, correspondence, briefings, trackers, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions, resolve issues, and support recurring reporting.
• Support meetings, working groups, data calls, and leadership updates related to international security activities.
• Help ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Provide guidance to team members on security support processes, documentation standards, and action tracking.
• Assist with preparation of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other security-related documentation supporting customer objectives.
• Support administrative processes and document management activities within secure environments.
