Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an International Security Specialist - Senior to provide experienced security support to a DoD customer for the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

You will coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders, maintain security documentation and support leadership reporting in a secure environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in international security or DoD security.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate with government and contractor stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced international security support for processes, documentation, coordination and issue resolution.
• Review and maintain international security records, briefings, trackers and materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls and leadership updates on international security activities.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, timely and aligned with requirements.
• Guide team members on security processes, documentation standards and action tracking.
• Prepare reports, briefings and security-related documentation supporting objectives.
• Support administrative processes and document management in secure environments.
