Job summary

Serco is seeking an International Security Specialist - Senior to provide experienced international security support to a DoD customer supporting the F-35 Joint Program Office mission. The role requires coordinating with government and contractor personnel, maintaining security documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

You will lead security processes, prepare reports and briefings, and guide team members on documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in international security, facility security, or DoD security functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; Secret clearance preferred; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide international security support, documentation, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Review and maintain security records, correspondence, briefings, trackers, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, and leadership updates related to international security activities.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Guide team members on security processes and documentation standards.
