Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, Virginia, seeks an experienced International Security Specialist - Senior to support the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

You will coordinate with government and contractor personnel, manage security documentation, and help ensure compliance with customer requirements in a highly secure environment. Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; additional experience may substitute advanced education.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant international security experience in DoD/security environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance and Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.
• TS/SCI clearance preferred; SAP eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide international security processes, documentation, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Review and maintain security records, correspondence, briefings, trackers, and materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and support reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, leadership updates, and security-related documentation.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate and aligned with customer requirements.
• Guide team members on security processes and tracking.
