Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA, seeks an experienced International Security Specialist - Senior to support the F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

The role requires conducting international security coordination, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with customer security requirements in a highly secure environment. You will interact with government and contractor stakeholders, manage actions, and contribute to leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; a Bachelor’s plus 14 years of relevant experience may substitute advanced education.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD security experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; Secret clearance preferred; TS/SCI preferred.
• Strong communication with government and contractor stakeholders in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide international security support and issue resolution across complex stakeholder groups.
• Review and maintain international security records, briefings, trackers, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, and leadership updates related to international security activities.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables align with customer requirements and timelines.
• Guide team members on security support processes and documentation standards.
• Assist with reports, briefings, and security-related documentation for customer objectives.
• Support administrative processes and document management within secure environments.
