Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced International Security Specialist - Senior to support a DoD client within the F-35 JPO mission.

The role emphasizes coordinating across diverse stakeholders, maintaining security documentation, and ensuring compliance with customer security requirements in a secure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong DoD security background, leadership in security processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working onsite in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s + 14 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of advanced education requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting international security, facility security, program security, or related DoD security functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; Active Secret clearance preferred; Active Top Secret clearance preferred; TS/SCI clearance preferred within last two years.
• SAP eligibility preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with government and contractor stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a highly secure environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia, Monday through Friday during normal business hours; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced international security support for processes, documentation, coordination and issue resolution.
• Review and maintain international security records, correspondence, briefings, trackers and materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions and support reporting.
• Support meetings, working groups, data calls and leadership updates related to international security.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate and aligned with customer requirements.
• Provide guidance to team members on security processes and documentation standards.
• Assist with reports, briefings, spreadsheets and other security-related documentation.
• Support administrative processes and document management within secure environments.
