Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced International Security Specialist - Senior to support the DoD F-35 Joint Program Office mission.

You will coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders, maintain security documentation, and assist leadership with reporting and compliance in a secure environment. The role requires a strong security background, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in international security or DoD security.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide international security support and coordination with government and contractors.
• Review and maintain security records, briefings, trackers, and materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage actions and reporting.
• Support meetings, data calls, and leadership updates.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Guide team on security processes and tracking.
