Serco is seeking a Senior International Security Specialist to support a DoD customer involved with the F-35 Joint Program Office. The role focuses on security processes, records management, and cross-functional coordination across government and contractor stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in DoD security, Top Secret clearance, and the ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in international security, DoD security, or related functions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide experienced support for international security processes, documentation, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Review and maintain international security records, correspondence, briefings, trackers, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to manage actions, resolve issues, and support recurring reporting.
• Support meetings, working groups, data calls, and leadership updates related to international security activities.
• Help ensure documentation and deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Provide guidance to team members on security support processes, documentation standards, and action tracking.
• Assist with preparation of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other security-related documentation supporting customer objectives.
• Support administrative processes and document management activities within secure environments.
