Archwell Capital seeks a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to design and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies across Archwell and portfolio companies. You will lead employee communications, executive messaging, intranet management, and multimedia content to keep staff informed and engaged.

You will collaborate with Human Resources, IT, and leadership to support change management, organizational initiatives, and ongoing development of the internal communications

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a communications-related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive internal/commercial communications experience.
• Experience drafting and delivering executive communications and company-wide messaging.
• Experience managing internal communications calendars and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives (mergers, restructurings, integrations).
• Experience managing intranet content and digital communication tools; Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Experience developing multimedia communications (video, podcasts, presentations).
• Ability to measure communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies aligned with objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage enterprise-wide internal communications calendar and coordinate messaging timelines across channels.
• Draft, edit, and distribute employee communications including announcements, HR initiatives, and policy changes.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience to deliver communications supporting engagement and HR programs.
• Manage intranet content using Palantir Foundry and improve accessibility and usability.
• Develop and implement additional channels (podcasts, video, graphics) to enhance engagement.
• Support executive communications by drafting leadership announcements and talking points.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure consistent, accurate messaging.
