Job summary

Archwell Capital is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to shape how Archwell Capital and its portfolio companies are perceived and found in the market. The role combines marketing content, operations, and brand reputation work, supporting the Head of Communications and collaborating with the Creative Director and IT on design, web, and launches.

You will lead email campaigns, social media, SEO/GEO initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across channels to drive business

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, content, or public relations.
• Experience owning marketing or communications outcomes and connecting the work to business results.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with samples of web copy, biographies, press materials, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO/content optimization; GEO or AI search experience preferred.
• Experience launching new brands or businesses and managing brand consistency across profiles.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit marketing and web content for Archwell Capital and portfolio companies lacking internal marketing resources.
• Develop social media content and manage social accounts for Archwell Capital and portfolio companies.
• Create blogs, white papers, and other thought leadership; improve SEO/GEO and AI-search visibility.
• Own search visibility and address gaps; optimize content for engagement and rankings.
• Develop and send email campaigns; support trade shows and company events.
• Coordinate with outside agencies and freelancers; manage briefs and timelines.
• Support website launches and messaging with Creative Director for visual identity.
• Set up and monitor Google Analytics; report on traffic, visibility, and content performance.
