Apogee Architectural Metals seeks a Senior Internal Communications and Change Management Specialist to craft and execute communications that strengthen employee engagement and align the organization around strategic priorities. The role partners with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive communications experience in complex environments.
• Experience translating strategy into clear messages for multiple audiences.
• Experience creating content for emails, SharePoint, Teams, presentations, and more.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders in developing messaging aligned with priorities.
• Translate executive direction into employee talking points, FAQs, decks, and leader tools.
• Provide guidance to improve clarity, consistency, and audience relevance.
• Adapt messaging to leadership preferences while maintaining quality.
• Develop and execute employee communication plans across locations.
• Write and edit executive messages, newsletters, leadership updates, and stories.
• Coordinate content across SharePoint, newsletters, websites, town halls, and boards.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, IT, and corporate communications to align messages.
