EchoStar seeks a Corporate Communications Senior Lead to join its Internal Communications function. You will develop integrated communications strategies that engage employees across business units and brands, translating complex priorities for broad audiences.

Expect cross-functional leadership, collaboration with the C-suite, and use of multiple media including intranet, video, and live events. You will drive strategic plans, create engaging content, measure impact, and continuously improve

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing or similar field and/or relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of professional PR/communications experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience writing internal stories/communications and speeches.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows and AI drafting tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate data, reports and analytics into strategic recommendations.
• Strong storytelling and use of integrated tactics to support business goals.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills; attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic internal communications plans aligned with business needs.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to craft compelling stories and messaging.
• Create materials: intranet stories, videos, FAQs, talking points, emails, and reports.
• Lead projects and campaigns with minimal oversight; track and report results.
• Oversee intranet content and collaborate across teams to keep it fresh.
