Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to join the Analytics & Behavior Change Operations. You will plan and deliver internal communications for about 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors, partnering with SVP/VP leaders to shape messaging and maintain brand-aligned communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate or internal communications
• 2+ years in executive communications (VP+)
• 2+ years partnering with VP-level leaders to produce on-brand communications
• 2+ years managing SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle
• 2+ years of writing and editing across leaders and audiences
• 2+ years demonstrating ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• 2+ years with MS 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted communications partner to head of A&BC; write communications and leadership messages
• Advise SVP/VP on strategy; plan, draft, and deliver major announcements
• Maintain a communications calendar to avoid overlaps
• Develop and distribute operational communications and updates organization-wide
• Tailor content to different audiences while maintaining brand standards
• Manage the A&BC SharePoint site and keep content current and navigable
• Create pages, resources, and governance materials for communications needs
• Plan and support town halls and leadership events; translate survey results into insights
• Collaborate with enterprise communications team on initiatives and brand alignment
