Job summary

EY Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement is seeking an Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations & Finance. You will translate objectives into clear messaging, develop materials and partner with leaders to shape engagement strategies across audiences and channels.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will drive disciplined delivery, ensure coherence across the communications ecosystem, and support adoption through multiple

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise‑oriented initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives and with Leadership feedback.
• Execute communications plans to support Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives with timely delivery of key messages.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications supporting people, operational and business priorities.
