Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging and drive engagement across leaders and employees.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will shape strategy, collaborate with Consulting, Brand, Marketing & Communications, and ensure disciplined delivery

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of executive/internal communications experience.
• Experience with change management and employee engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Execute communications plans supporting Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key messages.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications supporting people, operational and business priorities.
• Monitor engagement and feedback related to Talent, Operations and Finance communications.
