Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of executive/internal communications experience.
• Experience with change management and corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear communications for leaders and audiences.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights into future content.
