Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal communications.
• Ability to translate complex business topics into clear messages.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for leaders and employees.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide planning, governance and execution for communications programs.
• Partner with Talent, Operations and Finance stakeholders on messaging.
• Monitor engagement and drive continuous improvement of communications.
