EY Americas Consulting is seeking an experienced Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead Talent, Operations and Finance communications. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging that informs and engages leaders and employees across the practice.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will drive strategy, governance and disciplined delivery, partnering with senior leaders and across the Brand, Marketing & Communications function to ensure

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 8–10 years of executive/internal communications experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Experience shaping communications strategy across Talent, Operations and Finance.
• Strong editorial judgment and writing quality assurance.

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, audience-tailored communications for leaders at multiple levels.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to align messaging and accountability.
• Develop core messaging, FAQs and cascade materials aligned to the consulting strategy.
• Provide editorial review and maintain high standards of written quality and consistency.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights for future communications.
