EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead strategic initiatives for Talent, Operations and Finance, translating business objectives into clear messaging across leadership levels.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led teams to drive engagement, alignment and clarity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex professional services organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into clear, targeted communications for diverse audiences.
• Develop messaging, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Plan, govern and execute communications with discipline.
• Edit and quality-check communications supporting priorities.
• Monitor stakeholder engagement and apply insights to future content.
• Collaborate with Talent, Operations and Finance teams for alignment.
