Job summary

EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations and Finance. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, craft materials and guide leaders on messaging, cadence, and channels across the consulting practice.

You will partner with Talent, Operations and Finance leaders, ensuring disciplined delivery and coherence across communications ecosystems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for diverse audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide editorial review and quality assurance for communications supporting key priorities.
• Monitor engagement and collect feedback to improve future communications.
