Job summary

EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead talent, operations and finance communications, translating business objectives into clear messaging for leaders and employees.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will shape engagement strategies across Talent, Operations and Finance, work with Consulting and Brand, Marketing & Communications, and drive disciplined delivery in a complex professional services environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in executive/internal/ corporate communications.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise‑oriented initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Provide structure and disciplined delivery through planning, governance and execution.
• Serve as the communications partner to Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives.
• Shape leader messaging and engagement strategies for clarity, credibility and consistency.
• Execute communications plans to support Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives.
• Develop core messaging and supporting content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Translate complex topics into accessible communications and reinforce messages across touchpoints.
