Job summary

EY Americas Consulting is seeking an experienced Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead Talent, Operations & Finance communications. You will translate business objectives into clear messaging, drive engagement across leaders and teams, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver coordinated communications across the practice.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically no less than 8-10 years of experience in executive, employee, internal, change or corporate communications.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and enterprise- or practice-wide initiatives in a complex professional services organization.
• Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications for different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Bring structure and discipline to communications through planning, governance and execution.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, Operations and Center-led initiatives to align messaging and engagement strategies.
• Shape leadership messaging and ensure clarity and credibility across audiences.
• Translate complex topics into accessible, actionable communications.
• Support adoption and engagement by reinforcing messages across touchpoints.
