Job summary

NELSON Worldwide is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead workplace design projects from concept to construction documentation. You will mentor teammates, participate in client presentations, and guide project teams toward delivering innovative, functional interiors that align with client goals and budgets.

Responsibilities include space planning, FF&E selection, material palettes, and coordination with consultants. A strong design portfolio and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture/Interior design.
• Preference for NCIDQ certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design team efforts and mentor teammates.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to deliver project goals.
• Prepare client presentations and design development documents.
• Oversee documentation and coordination with consultants and vendors.
• Support business development and marketing through proposals.
