Job summary

RTX, an aerospace and defense leader, is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning, and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation team in Tucson, AZ. You will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and related tools, ensuring alignment with government requirements and program baselines.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 5+ years in Program Planning or Scheduling.
Experience with IMS and critical path/schedule analysis.
EVMS or similar program management process knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project.
Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements and fully integrate with cost and scope.
Create and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules and provide schedule analyses.
Support EAC and LRE processes and communicate schedule status to leadership.
Prepare schedule review packages and ensure proper governance.
Collaborate with finance, contracts, and technical leads to maintain PMB.
