Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation group onsite. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across complex programs and ensuring government requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Business, Finance or related field with 5+ years in scheduling or PM, familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, and EVMS, and strong communication to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of program planning/scheduling or project management; advanced degree with 3+ years acceptable.
• Experience with IMS development and schedule analysis.
• Experience with EVMS or similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in MS Project.
• Ensure IMS compliance with government requirements and proper resource loading.
• Create and maintain Program Master Phasing Schedules.
• Perform detailed schedule analyses including critical path and risk.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to schedule performance.
• Prepare internal and external schedule review packages.
• Communicate schedule status to leaders and customers; assess what-if scenarios.
• Ensure scheduling structures align with Raytheon standards.
• Collaborate with technical leads, finance, and contracts to maintain PMB.
